Description
The International Healthcare Personal Support Bridging Program (IHPSBP) is a 100% online, self‑paced 40‑hour program designed for internationally educated healthcare professionals who want to transition into the Canadian and U.S. healthcare environment at the support‑worker level. Through five structured modules and 20 focused lessons, learners build essential knowledge in healthcare systems, professional ethics, communication, infection prevention, patient care, and cultural competence. The program strengthens workplace readiness, documentation skills, and professional confidence, preparing participants for further education pathways such as PSW programs in Canada or CNA/HHA orientation in the United States. Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion for continuing education and professional preparation. This program does not provide licensure or authorization to practice.
