A hybrid workplace-readiness program designed for newcomers and aspiring beauty practitioners to build foundational, non-medical hair styling skills aligned with Canadian salon expectations—focusing on hygiene,
safety, professional communication, and culturally inclusive client service. Live sessions are demonstration-based and observation-focused.
This program supports newcomers and aspiring beauty practitioners in aligning foundational hair styling
knowledge with Canadian salon workplace expectations. The curriculum emphasizes safe practice, hygiene,
professional communication, client consultation, and inclusive service in a multicultural Canadian context.
Through four structured modules, learners develop professional foundations, hygiene and safety routines,
and observe live demonstrations of basic hair styling techniques (brushing, blow-dry basics, simple updos)
as well as professional haircut workflows. The program is intended for workplace readiness and foundational exposure.
