Presentation Files (ZIP – 4 Parts)

The presentation materials have been organized into four separate ZIP packages to ensure easier and more reliable downloading, especially for participants joining from different countries.

Please download all four ZIP files and extract them to access the complete set of presentation slides. If one file fails, you only need to re-download that part.

Guidelines for Online Presenters

  • Join the meeting at least 10–15 minutes before your scheduled presentation time.
  • Use a quiet environment, a stable internet connection, and (if possible) a headset with microphone.
  • Have your PowerPoint slides and a backup PDF file ready on your computer.
  • Keep your microphone muted when you are not speaking.
  • When the session chair invites you, click Share screen and present your slides in full-screen mode.
  • Stay within your allocated time to allow smooth transitions between speakers.
  • If you lose connection, reconnect using the same Google Meet link for that day.

Time Zone Information

All session times are listed according to Eastern Time (Toronto, Canada). International participants are kindly requested to convert the schedule to their local time. You may use online tools such as timeanddate.com or worldtimebuddy.com to check the exact time in your country.

Important for Presenters:
Please download your presentation file(s) from the ZIP packages before the conference. All speakers must present using Share Screen within Google Meet (Click Present → Your Screen). This ensures the highest display quality and avoids any issues caused by internet delays.
