The International Culinary Skills Bridging Program is a 100% online, self‑paced 40‑hour program designed for internationally trained cooks and chefs who want to transition into the Canadian food service industry by aligning their existing culinary skills with Canadian kitchen standards and workplace expectations. Across five structured modules and 20 focused lessons, learners strengthen knowledge in food safety and hygiene (including HACCP, WHMIS, and allergen management), menu development and plating for the Canadian market, ingredient selection and adaptation, and professional communication in multicultural kitchen environments. Upon successful completion, participants receive a Certificate of Completion for professional development. This program does not grant licensure, trade certification, or authorization to work as a chef or cook and does not guarantee employment or job placement.
