The Wound & Ostomy Care Bridging Program (Canadian Standards) is a 40‑hour online or blended, self‑paced program designed for internationally educated nurses and clinicians who want to align their prior clinical experience with Canadian wound, ostomy, and continence care standards. Across five structured modules and 24 focused lessons, participants strengthen skills in wound and stoma assessment, evidence‑based intervention planning, ethical and legal documentation, infection prevention, and interprofessional collaboration. The program supports readiness for Canadian practice environments including community, home care, and clinic‑based roles. Upon successful completion, learners receive a Certificate of Completion for continuing education and professional development. This program does not grant licensure, registration, or clinical authorization and does not guarantee employment or exam outcomes.
