A 36-hour, self-paced online bridging program designed to elevate internationally trained and aspiring baristas
to the technical, cultural, and customer-service standards expected in Canadian and U.S. cafés.
The Professional Barista Bridging Program (Canada/US Standards) is an advanced training course that bridges global coffee knowledge
with the real expectations of North American café workplaces. The program focuses on safe operations, communication excellence,
and the professional habits that differentiate outstanding baristas in high-volume, customer-facing environments.
Learners strengthen food safety and hygiene practices, café English and service communication, workplace culture and labor awareness,
and sustainability standards commonly expected across cafés in Canada and the United States.
Participants receive a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion of the program.
The certificate confirms professional development aligned with North American café workplace standards.
This certificate does not grant trade licensure, employment authorization, or government-recognized certification.
The program supports readiness and professional growth; employment outcomes depend on local employer requirements.
