Terms & Conditions of Enrollment
By enrolling in any program offered by Richmond Hill College, participants agree to the following terms.
- Programs are provided for continuing education, orientation, professional preparation, or skill development purposes.
- Program content, schedules, instructors, delivery format, and materials may be updated when necessary.
- Participants are responsible for reviewing program descriptions, requirements, limitations, and policies before registration.
- Completion of a program does not guarantee employment, admission to another program, certification, licensure, or exam success.
- Participants must verify professional, employment, certification, and regulatory requirements with relevant authorities, employers, or educational institutions.
- Certificates issued by Richmond Hill College represent completion only, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Before program access begins: Participants may request a full refund before course access is granted or before the official program start date.
- Within 3 days of program start: A partial refund may be considered if limited course access has occurred.
- After significant course access: Refunds may not be available once materials, lessons, recordings, LMS content, or assessments have been substantially accessed.
- Certificates issued: Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued.
- Administrative fee: A reasonable administrative fee may apply to approved refunds.
- Processing time: Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days.

Regulatory & Program Disclaimer
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, Richmond Hill College programs are continuing education, bridging, orientation, or professional preparation programs.
- These programs do not grant licensure, registration, certification, or authorization to practise in a regulated profession.
- Programs do not replace Ministry-approved diploma programs, regulator-mandated education, or employer-required training.
- Programs are not intended to be represented as official vocational programs unless specifically approved and identified as such.
