Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to Richmond Hill College continuing education, bridging, orientation, and professional preparation programs.

Before Program Access Begins

A full refund may be requested before course access is granted or before the official program start date.

After Program Access Begins

If cancellation is requested within the first 3 days of program access, a partial refund may be considered if limited course access has occurred.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • When course materials have been substantially accessed
  • When lessons, recordings, LMS content, or assessments have been significantly used
  • When more than 25% of the program has been completed
  • After a certificate has been issued

Administrative Fee

A reasonable administrative fee may apply to approved refund requests.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days.
