The AI-Powered Digital Skills & Workplace Readiness Certificate is a comprehensive hybrid program offered through RHC Global Bridge. It is specifically designed to support individuals — including those receiving ODSP and Employment Ontario services — in building the digital confidence, AI literacy, and workplace readiness skills needed to succeed in Canada’s evolving job market.
Delivered over three months, this program combines 24 hours of flexible online learning through our LMS platform with 16 hours of hands-on, in-person Workplace Readiness Lab sessions. Learners graduate with a verified certificate and a personal Career Action Plan.
